Self Study AP Physics C:Mech

How do I self study all of AP Physics C:mech in the next 5 days? This is what claude told me:

The Right Approach for C Mech Cramming

>❌ Don't start with formulas

>C Mech has too many formulas that look similar (especially in rotation). If you just memorize them without context, you'll mix them up under pressure or not know when to apply them.

>✅ Do this instead — concept → formula → FRQ

>For each unit, go in this order:

>Watch a short video first (10–20 min) — Flipping Physics or AP Classroom unit videos. Just enough to get the physical intuition of what's happening.

>Build your formula sheet as you go — write each formula only after you understand what it means. Include the conditions it applies under.

>Do FRQs immediately after each unit — don't wait until you've covered everything. AP Classroom has unit-specific FRQs, or use past exams filtered by topic.

Does anybody have any resourses like a Cram Guide or a list of all the derivations I need to know? If I got a 5 on physics 1 whatre the chances I get a 5 on cmech with these 5 days of studying?
