Green Goblin cEDH deck building tips
So I've been working on a cEDH deck with this as my commander.
Norman Osborn {1}{U} Legendary Creature Human Scientist Villain Norman Osborn can’t be blocked.
Whenever Norman Osborn deals combat damage to a player, he connives. (Draw a card, then discard a card. If you discarded a nonland card, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature.)
{1}{U}{B}{R}: Transform Norman Osborn. Activate only as a sorcery.
Green Goblin {1}{U}{B}{R} Legendary Creature Goblin Human Villain Flying, menace
Spells you cast from your graveyard cost {2} less to cast.
Goblin Formula — Each nonland card in your graveyard has mayhem. The mayhem cost is equal to its mana cost.
I'm just looking for some tips and card suggestions for add in. Even though the commander is not as strong as others I find it fun and just want to get the most out of this deck.

cEDH Magda Suggestions
Hey, so i have been working on a Magda, Brazen Outlaw deck, and have recently add more cards to make it for a small cEDH tournament. The cards I'm think of add/adding back in are: Adaptive Automaton; Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer; God-Pharaoh's Statue; Treasonous Ogre; and Mox Amber. those are a few cards I'm thinking about adding, but if there any other cards you guys can suggest I'd greatly appreciate it. They are fine with a few proxies so price isn't a issue.
