I don't know how to move from this situation . Any advice?

Me (F22) and my boyfriend (25) have been in a relationship for about 3 years. Like most Indian love stories my parents don't know. Education difference is the only problem I'm afraid of. I'm doing my Masters and he is a high school graduate and working in a petrol pump. I'm trying to find him an appropriate job, something to appease my parents. Or we are thinking about starting a business. Something easier to convince. He is from Chennai and I'm in kochi. Help us. I don't know what and how to move from here.
