I'm very new to simracing so please forgive me my noobie question. The above mentioned wheel + pedals are currently on their way and due to very limited space, I need to find a foldable rig or wheel stand.

I looked at the Playseat Challenge DD since getting that one in and out of the living room might be easier than the Wheel Stand 2.0 or the Omega Apex. I have some budget for this but need something that can handle DD 8nm and be as compact as possible (and still he fun to use of course).

Is the Playseat Challenge DD compatible and do I need to drill holes in that.

Out of the 3 mentioned solutions, which one would you pick? Is there anything else that's better? I also saw a mod for the Trophy seat to get it to fold down but not sure if that one is better.

I'm also open for a different solution but it must be foldable so I can store it away. Most times it will just stay there set up but without the possibility, I can't commit.

Our LO (16 months) started having some rough split nights which means 1.5-2.5h awake at around 2 AM and/or very early wake ups at 5 AM. Usually it's either but not combined.

We are doing gentle sleep training and move LO in his own bed. Wake windows are usually 5/5.5. Nap is between 1 and 2h, usually towards the longer end. He sleeps between 7:00 - 7:30 PM with some assistance. Usually asleep in 15-20 minutes with some resistance at the beginning
