Is joining the laborers union local 242 like working at a temp agency and is it consistent
Hey honest opinions only: I’ve only ever worked warehouse jobs since being released from prison but there’s no growth and $29hr ain’t cutting it but it’s consistent 🤷🏾♂️ Thinking about joining the local 242 union but don’t know what to expect. Can Any members of the union just give me advice or what to expect and is it consistent ? I heard you go bid for a job, they send you out and if that company likes you they keep you is that true ?
