so hapyyyyy, min is from zee lab and i got pack of 2 i am already seeing some progress although it's only visible if i take photos from camera with flash nonetheless it's progress

there are no gym near me (i live in rural village)so i can only workout at home, i don't have any unrealistic goals just i don't want to feel embarrassed when i take off my shirt, i can buy some equipments if you suggest me. my height is 5'10 and weight is 75 kg, vegetarian
