I work in germany and I rarely go to algeria, I also have a side startup but it's extremely hard to manage while being away, since I need to visit local buisnesses. Does anyone know a way to get in touch with someone. I am thinking of posting on linkedin but it's hard to find someone trustworthy and hardworking. Was anyone in a similar situation?

How are u all meeting women and how does your conversation generally go? I am trying to find a hijabi and religious woman on muzz but the process is quite hard as everyone I talked to so far seems to have the western dating mentality with no marriage intentions.
