This keeps happening with different records that have no defects. Any ideas how I would fix this? Do I need a new stylus? Only just started happening like this week.

I was given a box of records from my father in law a few months ago. They have been in his garage for years and aren’t in the greatest shape. My question is what do I do to fix them if possible? They crackle and pop so bad it’s not fun to listen to them. I have tried some cleaning technics on YouTube with distilled water etc. Nothing seemed to work. Are some records just too bad to fix? Is there a company I could mail these to that do really deep cleanings? Is an ultrasonic cleaner going to fix them? There are a lot more good albums stacked on the wall so it would be a bummer to not get any use out of them. But at this point their just to bad.
