I hate this analog gauge!

Well I've been reading this wrong the whole time thinking the longer lines were the markers for the degrees in Fahrenheit in the hundreds but I was wrong because I never turn on the digital part unless I used the sensors.

2014 Avalon memory mirror problem

When I get into my car and switch memory settings back to mine from my wife's the driver side mirror goes all the way angled to the sky. I've tried correcting it so many times and resetting the memory but it still does it does anybody know why or how to fix this?
