DAE doubt their autism after reading stuff online?

I occasionally see people in psychology talking about how people that are diagnosed with autism as adults nowadays are very different from the people that were diagnosed with autism in the past, and that our symptoms are more like normal variances in personality and should not be called autism. This sometimes make me doubt my diagnosis and even what autism is.

Does anyone else experience this or have thoughts about it?

Lighthearted and «Feel Good» books?

Heyy I’m looking for really lighthearted, cozy and comfortable books without dark or heavy themes or triggers. I just read «The very secret society of irregular witches» and I liked it, it was about as much tension as I can handle. I have also read the Emily Wilde series, and I liked them but they were a bit too heavy/dark/scary for me at times. Would be very grateful for any suggestions<3

I struggle to find doctors that have knowledge of EDS, MCAS and POTS in my country (Norway). Have anyone tried getting help with managing MCAS and POTS through telehealth? If yes, what was your experience like and does anyone have recommendations for clinics or doctors? Thanks:)
