Hi! I am from Boston and hoping to plan a trip snorkeling somewhere tropical. Money is tight, so I am hoping for advice on the cheapest ideas where I can wake up every day and just walk into the water, or drive a short distance, and spend as much time snorkeling from shore as possible. If anyone has any thoughts please let me know!
