Anybody switched from Effexor or any other SSRI?

Did this medication improved the “brain fog”?
Did it improve the sexual problems?

I’m on a low dose of Effexor- it really does help the depression and anxiety , but the side effects (brain fog, ED) are bad…
I also suffer from ADD - attention deficit disorder.

Thank you guys! I’m really not sure what to do and whether to switch!
