Restricting contacts

Is there a way to set up automatic restrictions for certain contacts? Preferably not do not disturb, I'm looking for a way to have calls from 3 people go directly to voicemail outside of business hours. Texts silent too or just not show up at all.

Duds.

New Glock 43x, oiled it and brought it to the range. Fired a couple hundred rounds of blazer 115gr FMJ with no issue, I move on to 147gr HST which is what i plan on carrying. 3 out of 200 rounds did not fire. Off center and light strike it looks like. What could cause this? Every other round was dead center. This happened with 2 different boxes of HST
