Has anyone had it whereby you eat & in ten minutes no confidence to pass wind go for a pee & have an accident? Since return from Italy hols I have been on daily Imodium to get out the house I have been tested bacterial /viral all clear. I am in constant battle with my body & bowels my intestines are noisy & im full of wind dr thinks B.A.D but last year has this test & normal it’s driving me insane I feel constantly ruled by my bowels & gallbladder area, I have Adenomyomatosis & severe IBs
