Anyone else watching baseball on BBC today and annoyed by this Felix White guy?

I thought he was a cricketer but no, he’s just some musician. He asks the most basic questions and even outside of his seriously poor baseball knowledge he seems to not be the sharpest tool in the drawer. It wouldn’t’ve been difficult to have a British representative who A: knows about and likes baseball and B: has sports broadcasting experience. It just feels like such a fuck you to the actual British baseball fans. To be honest the whole broadcast is awful, in the middle of game defining plays you see them talking about what food they like. 49/50 Letter Scraps

I've been to each location multiple times but I swear none of them are left. Am I really just a fucking idiot or is there a known glitch (on PS5) where one doesn't spawn? Thanks

Allergic reaction to platelets

I am currently going through chemotherapy and have just finished radiotherapy, so bloods have been down, of course. So, I needed a platelet transfusion last Tuesday, which is something I've had many times before. That went fine, then just 3 days later, I needed another. I reacted with intensely itchy hives all over my body. They eventually settled with antihistamines, but it was like being burnt alive. Anyway, I wanted to ask if I've developed an allergy to platelets in the space of 3 days and, if so, how that's possible or if it's just a one-off likely. If it's an allergy, what will they do in the future to avoid a reaction? I can't go through that pain again

What to do with this card as there's no dedicated section for them and I don't want to put it in instead of Hakimi base

All I want is to have the intended stickers in the intended place, and I can't put this in his normal slot because it will look so out of place. I don't really know whether this card is worth anything, so what exactly should I do with it? I'm in the UK if anyone is open to some kind of swap.

Pre operation anxiety

Hi everyone. I was diagnosed with stage 4 wilms tumor over 2 months ago. It was so out of the blue that I was suddenly seriously ill. I was in hospital for a while and I was terrified, but despite the tumor being quite large and having spread to my right lung, it had responded very well to the chemo, so it's now down to an operable size. I am quite old (14) to be having this type of cancer so there's slight doubt as to whether the diagnosis is correct. I've been able to come home recently and have started eating more again which is great. But I digress, I have my operation in a few days. Other than this I've been in virtually perfect health my whole life, so the whole experience is almost surreal. The meetings I've had recently about it have only served to worsen my woes, despite their intention being to do the very opposite. So I'd thought I'd ask the experts how to stay somewhat calm in the days leading up to the operation

Vague post about something somewhat topical to gain karma

Hey guys, I'm going to say something really out of left field, but I think it's right and don't care if you disagree. Kicking puppies is wrong. There. I said it. Downvote me if you want
