any cool swedish emo bands yall reccomend i found Friends Unseen and i thought they were super cool but anything else i should listen to (besides Far Apart)

i have spectrum at this house and my internet hasn’t been slow per say but delayed especially when i’m playing video games or something there is like a half second delay on every input i bought a cheap extender, fixed nothing, i got a spectrum pod made it worse actually, got an ethernet cable still the same, i did a system check and it says im getting 400+mbps so i thought it could be my tv and i got a new one and its still the same, ive tried to have a tech come out and see whats going on but the past 2 times he has bailed, what do i do?
