Is this peridot ?

Is this peridot ? I tried a magnet test with the rock on paper floating on water, I think I saw it move but it was super subtle so I'm not 100% convinced. You can't see really well in the pictures but there are many "bubbles" inside the rock.

Can peridot have bubbles ?

I got sold this a rock as peridot, but when I went home I saw it has bubbles. I tried to move it with a magnet with the rock floating on some water on some paper. I THINK it moved but I don't really trust my brain tbh... It's polished so I can't post pictures but when I look inside against some light I can see some tiny "lines" ? Like a current, if that makes any sense ? Sorry if that's not enough detailes, I'm not sure what I should be looking for. I could find dozens of sites telling me it's the birth stone of august but no helpful ID websites 🥲

Another mystery tools !

Sorry for the double post, I also found this bad boy. When you hold the middle wooden handle the tool slides down very easily, it's quite satisfying !

The size difference is kinda impressive

First time keeping shrimp, I bough them all at the same time and they were all the same size but now a few weeks later some are much bigger than others who have barely grown !

I'm considering buying a FP cable, is it really worth it ? Will the warranty cover usual damage ? Will it last more than a year ? Thank you for your input
