Serverless print: PrinterLogic alternatives all claim drivers get easier, none of them say how

Every serverless pitch skips the driver part.

1,800 users, eleven sites, mostly Ricoh with a handful of Xerox left over from an old contract. Going direct IP. What's stalling the business case isn't the queues, it's what happens to drivers once nothing is handing them out centrally. Looking at printerlogic, now Vasion, plus uniFLOW, LRS and Pharos. All of them say drivers get easier. None of the product pages say how.

v3 versus v4 is a known headache and I'd rather understand it before signing anything. Genuinely curious whether it got simpler for people who've already done this, or whether the work just moved somewhere else.

Nintex competitors for workflow management, does ServiceNow hold up on the business side?

Leadership wants a proper workflow platform for the business side of the house. Finance approvals, HR onboarding, procurement, all currently a mix of email and spreadsheets.

ServiceNow is on the table and so is Nintex. Look up Nintex competitors and it turns into a very crowded field very quickly, so I'd rather hear from people who have built this than read another comparison page.

The other open question is which of these to move first. Finance approvals feel like the slowest, but ask three people how procurement approvals work and you get three answers, so nobody can say where anything actually stalls. Skan AI and Celonis both pitch showing where work waits across the apps involved, which would at least settle that argument.

For anyone who took ServiceNow beyond IT, did the approval workflows hold up for finance and HR?
