Hello, guys need guidance ….My bank of Maharashtra account has been put on hold for ₹75,000 based on a notice from the Tumkur Cyber Police (Karnataka) by bank. However, I checked my bank statements and I never received ₹75,000 from the account(s) mentioned in the notice, either during the specified period or on any other date. I have emailed and called the CEN tumkur police station multiple times but haven’t received any response. My local police station in Mumbai also couldn’t find any related record on cyber portal and advised me to contact Tumkur Police directly.

I know two options:

1. Hire a lawyer who can send a legal notice to the police station and, if required, approach the court to obtain an order for removing the lien on my bank account.
2. Visit the Tumkur Police Station personally and resolve the matter directly.

Is there any other options , please let me know …need guidance …thanks
