As he walked around the deserted city, he saw something that made him instantly break into a cold sweat. The bodies of Seoul's people had been impaled one after another in a perfectly straight line through their bodies.

As he walked past them, he suddenly recognized one of the bodies it was a member of his own family, their body suspended by their intestines.

Then he saw the bodies of entire gangs, their headless corpses impaled and fused together, forming a grotesque mass that looked like a cube of flesh.

One day, James comes with a tape recorder. When he starts the recording, he sees Chunhee bandaged and blindfolded in a room with cartel members. Changsu loses his mind and attacks James. But James smiles and tells him that if he attacks him, he will never see his daughter again. Then James gives him a task and makes him do it for free. When Changsu wants Chunhee back, James smiles and brings in two men. The men drag Chunhee out. Changsu sees that Chunhee is breathing, but her eyes are hollow no eyeballs.

Before Changsu can go on a rampage, James comes and injects a syringe filled with drugs into his neck. He starts hallucinating that Chunhee is alive, but in truth, he is holding her lifeless body like a doll. James smirks and tells him, "You knew too much." James continues to feed Changsu drugs and turns him into a total addict. Changsu, desperate to see Chunhee move, begs for the drugs like a dog. After taking them, he plays with Chunhee but in reality, he is playing with a decaying corpse, refusing to admit the truth.

Then James comes in wearing a white coat and smiles at him, then starts cutting the skin off and removing every muscle part by part while the body squirms like a dying fish. After removing every organ, including the muscles and skin, James looks at him, smiling, removes his bloody gloves and coat, then picks up a butcher knife and cuts the covered head off. Johan screams, but then James removes the cover and reveals it's another woman. Then James tells him to work for him, or his will never get his mom back. So Johan works for him (betraying him will result in his mother's immediate death). He kills Zack and Mira too. After a few days, when Johan says he wants to meet his mother, James smiles and gives him a box. When he opens it, he sees his mother's rotten body parts her head is eyeless and half-rotten. Then James places her eyes in his hand and says, "I said I have your mother and will give her to you, but I never said I'd give her to you alive and in one piece. Besides, you're useless now." Then James shoots Johan in the head.

Then Jihan sees a big python come and start swallowing Jibeom whole. Jihan screams while the python swallows Jibeom whole. After it swallows him, someone shoots the python and kills it. A few days pass, and Jihan is starved while the python rots with Jibeom's body inside it. After ten days, James comes with an injection and inserts it into Jihan's neck, and Jihan's vision goes blurry. When he wakes up, he is free of the shackles, but when he looks around, he freezes he has been eating the rotten, raw python where Jibeom was inside, and also eating his rotten flesh. He tries to stand up, but he sees that his legs have been cut off, and salt, microglass, and a spike layer are surrounding him. His body is covered in cuts. So on contact with this, his body will burn like honey.

If one day he wakes up in bed and sees Vivi is missing, and finds a letter that says, "Find her if you can, and I will have injected medicine into your body that will make you die by the end of the month." Xiaolong goes on a rampage. He searches all over China. As days pass, he becomes weak too. In the last few days of the month, he finds out Vivi's ex-fiancé kidnapped her. He quickly reaches their company's basement, where he sees a bunch of burnt-faced men standing, unrecognizable. Before they fight, one of them throws two sharp-edged bones at him, and they all attack him at once. Despite coughing blood, Xiaolong kills them. Then another figure comes, burned and bandaged, running toward him with no arms instead, two blades are fitted into its arm stumps. He quickly kills that thing too. When he reaches the room, he finds a videotape. When he starts watching it, he sees the other person torturing her ruthlessly, cutting off her arm too. After watching the video, he realizes that the thing with the arm blades and burnt face was Vivi, who was trying to hug him. He bursts into tears, and when he looks up, he sees her ex-fiancé smiling. He runs toward him, bloodlusted, but the medicine takes over and he dies before he can take revenge.

Johan was bloodlusted and killed him with a Path. The moment the puppy mill owner's heart stopped, he heard his new friends choking. When he went outside, he saw they had died from poison in the soup. Then he heard his mom scream. He ran back inside and saw his mother, already half-eaten, dead killed by the puppy mill owner's dogs. He realized that killing the owner had triggered a mechanism that released the dogs from their cages, letting them eat his mother.

Some bodies are thrown in front of him and he is told to eat them while he hears Yenna crying. For Yenna’s safety, he has to eat the uncooked meat (vomiting will result in forced feeding).

After two days, once he has eaten all of it, the blindfold is removed. He is shown the remaining flesh of what he ate bodies without faces. Then he sees the bloody clothes of Warren Chae, Sally Park, Max, and Derrick, and realizes what he has eaten. When he looks up, he sees James Lee holding Yenna and making her watch what her father did.

Eli Jang starts hallucinating Olly, who blames him, because James put hallucination pills in the meat.
