Ministry not paying me

Returned in April from parental leave. My WARE form was submitted and they knew my return to work day when I went off on leave. I haven't received a pay since coming back. They said I am still on leave in WIN. I've been in the office working every day and have a ticket logged but my last OSS ticket took 6 months... my.previous ministry would email payroll and do an off cycle. I have notified my manager who forwarded it to our payroll but radio silence. I have a mortgage to pay and im living off of savings. Going to be really hard to show up every day when they arent addressing my pay needs. Anyone have any advice on what I could do?

Hello everyone, I am 23 and have severe ADHD that has caused undiagnosed urge incontinence since about age 19. I am medicated and have switched meds and my incontinence is not a result of the meds we have determined. About 4 years ago I started to have issues where my body wasn't giving me the signals that my bladder was full and I'd just feel warmth between my legs and realize I was peeing.... started off with depends and through trial and error I am now wearing Northshore Gosupreme pullups. It's been going on 4 years now and is a daily and nightly thing. I live in Ontario Canada and have benefits through work. I tried to use my Healthcare spending account to buy pullups from Healthwick but they denied the claim and say they need a prescription. I am terrified of doctors and embarrassed that I wear pullups. Nobody in my life knows this and it's become expensive... I need to get a prescription but I'm so nervous they're going to judge me, say I don't need them or start looking into other things.. I don't have a family doctor and don't know what to tell the doctor... I don't want them to think I am self diagnosing which I mean I kinda have but this issue has not gone away and was an issue when I was a kid. I wore pullups until I was 12 as a I had bladder issues but it was fine from 12 to 19. Anyway thanks in advance for any insight anyone has.

Full time OPS employee. My manager told me as regular I am only entitled to 5 weeks of EI with a top up. I just started with MCCSS and was with SolGen. At SolGen, father's were gone for months sometimes. My manager says I only get 5 weeks. Supposed to go back May 3rd and my son was in the nicu for 4 of the 5 weeks of my leave so id like to extend if its an option. Anyone know of a way to get more time? She has been burning vacation and personal days (she works at a daycare and gets way more vacation and personal days that the ops gives us) so she won't be starting her EI leave until a month after I return to work. Thanks in advance.
