This is 2nd time in a few weeks one eye has suddenly dilated like this... why?!?!

I am at risk for glaucoma- is this a sign?
This is 2nd time it has happened in a few weeks.. not really painful.. wtf is happening?!?! Side effects from something? Or sign im getting glaucoma? (I get special scan at eye doctor) to monitor.. anyone know?
