Integrated washing machine - dropped screws inside
We accidentally pushed the screws for the integrated cupboard door hinges into the body of our Beko WTIK72121_WH washing machine when removing the packaging.
I’m pretty sure the screws went behind the front panel/cabinet wall rather than directly into the drum area (we have a young baby and had to run a few cycles since installing it).
So far:
- machine still runs normally
- no leaks
- no burning smell
- no obvious grinding noises
- spin cycle seems fine
I’ve done some reading and it sounds like it’s a common mistake that happens but it’s difficult to fix without dismantling the entire machine. Is that true, or am I missing something? I’ve ordered a magnetic pickup tool but I’m not even sure where to start looking. Any suggestions?
TIA!
