Does UPMC have remote jobs available currently? Are they hard to find? I’m having trouble. I’ve heard there are jobs remote for people who just need to know if insurance covers a patient or a scheduler etc. hoping to get some insight on remote work for them. I’m just a sahm looking to get a remote job. Thank you!
First timer on tirz. Just took my first dose (13 units). Had breakfast this morning then hour later took it. Feeling anxiety feelings. Which is not odd for me to feel in general but this bad after taking it I’m wondering if it’s the med or just a me thing? Anyone else hear of this or experience it? I pray it goes away bc i can feel the appetite suppression immediately.
Anyone that was on sema compound (1 mg) and it did not work for them. So you switched to tirz (started on lowest dose) and had success??
And i have not heard from them. First time signing up with them. I just get reply’s back saying someone has been assigned to me and is reviewing 24-48 hours. Hopefully tomorrow…. Frustrated.

My last vile best by date is 4/8/26. Think I’m okay to still use it? I stopped taking for a month. It is not cloudy. Emailed company they said up to me. Mainly it might just not work as well. Which is fine I’m willing to try as long as it won’t make me sick for some reason.
