18F, does anyone know what these 3 white things are on my clit and how do i get rid of them?

18f ive had these 3 white bumps on my clit for a while now and i want to just get rid of them but i dont know how. I wash them regularly and lift the hood back to clean it. Theyre very sensitive sometimes and i cant pop them either. Ive done some research and its seems like they could be smegma? But i have no idea how to get rid of it. Any tips?

I have these small 3 white bumps under my clit hood. They feel sensitive sometimes and if i try to pop them (which is impossible) then they just really hurt. From research it seems like it could be smegma? Or something i dont know. But i really want to just get rid of it. Any tips?

I clean and lift the hood all the time so i know my hygiene is atleast good but im not sure what else to do.
