Stay away from wayfair
Stay away from Wayfair. The quality of their products has gone downhill, and if you have an issue, you'll get nothing but the runaround.
My latest purchase (Order #4579065655) included two lounge chairs. One arrived with threads coming out all over the fabric, making it look defective right out of the box. I waited two weeks for delivery, and all I wanted was a simple exchange for the damaged chair.
Instead of helping, customer service gave me the runaround. Because we live in Ontario and our summer is short, waiting another two weeks for a replacement wasn't a reasonable solution. They refused to make the process easy, so now both chairs are sitting on my front lawn waiting to be picked up.
To make matters worse, Wayfair won't even post my honest one-star review with photos showing the damage.
Save yourself the frustration and buy your furniture somewhere else
