Recently moved to Whitefield and realised I have no idea where to go for half my health needs

I moved to Whitefield recently and while I’ve managed to figure out the basics pretty quickly, I’m still completely lost when it comes to healthcare. I know there are plenty of hospitals around here, and I can obviously find a diagnostic centre if I need blood tests. But what about everything in between?

I’m trying to be a bit more proactive about my health and have been looking for things like fitness assessment, nutrition, preventive health and sports medicine. Every search seems to take me to either a large hospital or a generic wellness centre, and I have no idea which places people actually trust.

If you’ve been living around Whitefield for a while, what healthcare services have you genuinely found useful? Pls only share actual experiences if possible rather than Google reviews

Edit: Appreciate all the tips y'all, an irl suggested a place called Clinic Living Plus, running w that for now. Thanks!!!🙌🏼

I didn't realize a smart doorbell could survive a move-out

I'm getting a rental ready for a new renter and found that the previous tenant had left their video doorbell installed

No big deal at first. It's still in good shape and I'd rather leave it there than buy another one. Then I tried setting it up and realized the thing was still connected to the previous tenant's account. Super uncomfortable because I have no idea whether they can still see the camera, get alerts or access recordings

I don't want the next tenant using someone else's account and I definitely don't want the old tenant having access after they've moved

Should I reset and reassign the device myself or require the previous tenant to fully remove it?

What do you actually eat when you have high cholesterol but don't want to give up Indian food?

Got my blood work done recently and my LDL is higher than it should be. My doctor basically told me to clean up my diet, which sounds simple until you actually think about what you eat every day as an Indian

Grew up eating proper ghar ka khana w my family in Bangalore and I don't really want to suddenly start living on salads and boiled vegetables lol. I eat a lot of rice, roti, dal, paneer, curries etc and I'm honestly confused about what I should actually change. Is it the amount of carbs? Oil? Ghee? Dairy? Fried stuff? Feels like I need to give up everything

Pls, I don't wanna do that. Anybody w high cholestrol here?

Feeling like I'm already late to AI in my third year

I'm about to start my third year of engineering in India, and until now I've mostly focused on DSA, a bit of competitive programming, and some web development. I never really explored AI or ML because I kept telling myself I'd do it later.

Now everywhere I look, people are talking about AI agents, MCP, workflows, automation, and building AI apps. It feels like the conversation has moved way ahead while I'm still at the basics

The thing is, I don't have any ML background. I know Python, but that's about it. I'm not trying to become an ML researcher or spend months learning heavy math if it's not necessary. I just want to understand how all this works and eventually build useful projects

What's the most sensible learning path here for me?

Should I first learn the fundamentals of AI/ML, or is it possible to get into AI agents directly and pick up the concepts along the way?

I'd rather follow one structured roadmap than keep jumping b/w things
