Do you guys think Gregory is on the spectrum?

This is in a genuine way not an insulting or rude way. As someone with autism there’s just sooo many times when he does something that gives autism like taking things literally, obviously his confusion + awkwardness in some social situations, fixations (like having the fire drill schedule memorized), lots of other things I just can’t think of rn. Lmk what you think i’m curious

I’m learning Spanish and a little Italian - do you think it is reliable/okay to ask chatgpt for grammar checks?

I’m learning on my own through shows, music, looking stuff up, help from spanish speaking friends, etc. I try to figure out a sentence in spanish on my own before looking it up but my grammar isn’t great cause I haven’t really been working on that as much as learning words/phrases/lingo. I don’t know where to look this up though so recently i’ve just used chatgpt a few times but idk how reliable that is and wanted peoples opinions or if they have any better options!!

Sleeping is just being trapped in my OCD the whole night

Half wondering if others experience this/half venting I guess. I feel like my ocd has touched every aspect of who I am, childhood to now (I’m 21) . I have a lot of intrusive thoughts + ruminating constantly more than physical compulsions (though I struggle w those too). I have always had nightmares, some of which have recurring themes that I’ve had since childhood. I have a hard time remembering my childhood + don’t remember many dreams but a few nightmares I had as a kid have stuck with me so deeply. A lot of my intrusive thoughts + nightmares are related to childhood trauma I randomly started
remembering a few years ago.

I feel like in the past few years my nightmares have worsened. I unintentionally lucid dream; I can’t really control what I am doing but I will suddenly realize I am in a dream or something bad will be happening/I am doing something bad (which usually links to intrusive thoughts I have) and I will think to myself “I really hope this is a dream”. It isn’t fun, it makes me scared and feel trapped in the dreams. I think I also sort of get sleep paralysis. I would call it that, but what I experience seems different than what I hear other ppl describe it as. I can’t move or open my eyes and this causes so much physical and emotional panic in me. I’m not rlly awake, I’m still asleep but sometimes it’s also when I am aware I am in a dream. I will sometimes start forcing myself to wake up or at least try. I feel a lot of panic and anxiety during my nightmares but it is the worst towards the ends + feels like suffocating. For the last few months I’ve been feeling the suffocating feeling so much more + I will even be saying things like “I feel like i’m suffocating” “i’m miserable” “I want to hurt myself” things like that which show me how awful I am feeling in the dreams. I go thru periods where almost all of my dreams are about the trauma I have started remembering, so it’s just an awful scary and sad time when I sleep.

Kind of just wondering if anyone else experiences stuff like this!

Red flags in hospital hiring process

I recently got a job at a behavioral medicine hospital/ psych ward facility. I got an interview the day after i applied and got the job during the interview. I did all the onboarding paper work, passed the background checks, and then did my pre employment drug test. I know this is unprofessional and shit but I decided I didn’t want the job anymore bc of medical stuff so I was planning on failing the drug test so they ended it cause I was scared to end the employment. I smoke weed and I had been smoking everyday for like two weeks. I had been planning on doing the certo method and praying but the night before the test i started doing the certo, did half the serving and felt like I was gonna die. I didn’t finish the rest and didn’t do the second one the next day before the test. I smoked after doing the certo too lol. Okay, so there is NO chance I passed the drug test so I was waiting to hear back from the job telling me they were revoking the position. I woke up this morning to an email CLEARING ME TO WORK. There is no chance I passed the test and according to the hospitals handbook, failing a pre employment drug test for weed or any other drug means you cannot work there. Do you guys think it’s a red flag that they still offered me the job even tho it goes against federal law and hospital policy?

I’ve had 5 concussions including the one i have right now. I usually am a little cryey and emotional the first couple days after getting it but this one is ain’t me SUPER depressed and irritable and anxious. I hit my head monday so it’s been a couple days. I’m having really bad thoughts of self harm right now and i feel so anxious and panicked. I have bipolar 2 so i’m sure that’s part of this but i’ve never had this happen w a concussion and i’m super freaked out right now. Anyone else experience this and/or have advice i feel super alone and isolated right now, none of my friends seem to care much
