CEX Nightmare
Bought a film today from a certain CEX and as I went to the counter to purchase, my first concern was the quality of the disc so I asked about it saying how "4Ks are a little more delicate than standard DVDs and Blurays so I just want to know if this particular disc will be ok" blah blah etc, which the person stated that it should be okay and told me of a return window or something similar if I do encounter any issues - They went and got the disc and proceed to full palm grab the disc and slide it around in the case trying to get it clipped in. I thought it was a natural impulse to grab any disc by it's edges but I guess I was just proven wrong - I wasn't rude in any way by asking such a question so I doubt they did it on purpose but probably they are more so just stupid. I don't know. I am mad at such poor customer service and I hope the disc is okay. How should I feel?
