Windows app crashes as soon as I start it.

Can someone please seed the Romset? I've put it on re@l debr!d, and split it into smaller portions to make sure it finished in the 72 hours, and the everyone of them are stuck at over 90%. Please seed.

Is there anyway to get your watch, read, and listen history to sync between devices? Am I overlooking something?

I am getting a ton of stuttering and low 1% lows in crimson desert after upgrading my PC.

Originally I had 10700k with 3600 ddr4 ram, a z490 with only pcie 3.0, now I'm getting pcie 5.0 with a 5090.

I bought a new z890 aurorus elite wifi, a 270k ultra, and crucial 6400 cli 32 DDR5 ram. Installed everything, all tests were okay.

When I go to play games now, my frames are about the same which is expected considering I play in 4k, but now I have a stutter down to 20s in 1% low at least every minute. I never once had this in my old setup. What gives?
