Hey yall. I’m 35, and for about 20 years I’ve been searching for a commercial I saw on [AS]. No luck at all.
So you know how Sesame Street has those number puppets? I saw a strange commercial of a mansion where the numbers hangout and then we see a number 6 running through the halls. He’s terrified and then he looks around a corner to see a 7 puppet eating 8! Seven looks up and sees Six, growls and hisses at six and then six screams and runs away.
I was not high when I saw this shit and I was watching tv in the living room. My parents went into the room to see what I was cracking up so hard and loud at. I’ve searched YouTube, I’ve googled it, every single resource I can think of. Even asked some friends and I get the same answer, which is: “nah I don’t remember that, you must’ve been stoned,” or even “well, I don’t remember it, but it sounds like robot chicken.”
Does anyone know or remember what the hell I am ranting about? I’ve searched and scoured and searched like a mad man and I’ve found no results and no help. DVR was a fairly new concept at the time (you needed a VCR connected to the DVR to record stuff) and there was no such thing as streaming just yet. Surely there’s someone who can help me out here.
