I feel so bad for people that get played by these shitbags pretending to be a hospital using AI to make them pay for something. I told her in a separate comment that it was AI and not to proceed but I had to come back to this...
She responded a few hours later saying she got a laugh from the crude humor I used so I feel like I gave her something useful at least.

I don't know if it's because my head is getting fatter or if my scrub cap is just 6 year old and getting tight but I think I need to retire it. It's like Superman without his cape but I know if I don't want migraines I need a new one. Mine was a gift from an old coworker, so I don't know where she got it from. Do you all have a place or website you like the most to get your scrub caps? I'm trying to have it with a custom photo of my soul doggo that has since passed on so he can keep watching me while I'm in the OR and help me keep the critters safe.

Hello, former frequent poster here with a previous account. I'll try to keep this short -
I use VetCetera to help keep my CEUs up, since it's super convenient and the price isn't too bad and they had interesting stuff when I first signed up.
Last year they renewed my membership and I had it cancelled and refunded, I no longer needed them as I was getting in-person credits from events. Told them I would not be renewing in the future.
This year, last month, they renewed my subscription again. I've been trying to get them to cancel and refund it as I reached out to them before the renewal date and they never responded so it's on them, but after several emails and threats of legal action they haven't even responded to me at all.
Their membership page doesn't even work for me, so I can't cancel it myself. They had a phone number listed at one point but that's gone now too.
Are they actually a shit website and a scam and I didn't know it for two years???
