So I am trying to get an appointment for my residence permit but whenever I search I couldn't find any appointment. I learned there is telegram group for that, but still no luck. Do you guys have solution for my problem?

I am learning German language and at a2.2 level. I heard there are places where you can interact with other german learners or natives but i am not sure where is it or if that even exist. Because i am looking for a partner to improve my speaking skills. Any other ideas for improvement is welcome.

I've seen lot of posts saying this specific thing 'SRS'. Is this same or similar to Anki? I couldn't find any info on that. I am at A2.2 level in German. Can you guys give me some tips with which I can especially improve my speaking and hearing? Any other tips related to german practice is welcome.
