I can't submit modifications on google maps anymore
Hello
I've been living in a little town in Normandy for 15 years now and I often use Maps. I've submited a lot of modifications about locations, opening hours and phone numbers. Some of those modifications have been seen (and probably been useful) hundred or sometimes thousand of times.
4 years ago, someone decided to completely fuck up Maps in the area I live in. Fake store in residential neighorhoods with sexual related jokes, sometimes in a middle of a train crossing, stores emplacements being moved in a middle of a field, phone numbers been replaced by private persons numbers, ...
I did my best to correct this and even ask the mayor to do something (of course they can't do anything about it).
Finally my modifications have been accepted by Maps administrators and the fake shops have been removed but since then I haven't been able to submit any modifications.
This is driving me nuts.
Yesterday I lost 20 minutes trying to find a shop because I had the wrong adress. Today I tried to modify it but once again it refuses to work. The "submit" button just doesn't work. Whatever the device I use, whatever the time, whatever the web browser I use.
Customers at my work complain because the opening hours aren't up to date, some people drive 30 minutes and find the store closed, some other are obliged to do a U-turn in the middle of the road because they realise the supermarket they're looking for is 300 meters away on a different road, tourists can't find the 500 years old building they're looking for because it's located on the wrong end on the street, some take photos of a different one thinking it's significant because the landlord manadged to convince Google it is - even though it isn't - to sell it at a higher price, ...
This have been going on for 4 years.
I can't find any way to contact Google.
What can I do ?
