15 Days Post-Op: Is This Normal?

Is this normal? I just removed my tapes, and I’m 15 days post-op from a preservation rhinoplasty. My nose looks like this, and I want to believe it looks this way because of the swelling and because the tapes left an indentation between the bridge of my nose and the tip. But I’d like to know if this has happened to anyone else or if this looks normal.

Preservation rhinoplasty

Is this normal? I’m 10 days post-op and I have a bump on my nose.
I went to see my doctor, and he removed the tape. The bump looked very pronounced, but when he pressed on it, it disappeared, like you can see in the last photo. He said that the bump should eventually go away with taping, but just a few hours later it came back and looked even more pronounced than before.
I’m worried because I’ve seen a lot of people sharing their experiences saying that their bump didn’t go away. I know it’s still very early to see the final results, but I’m starting to overthink it.
Has anyone here had a preservation rhinoplasty and could share their experience with me? I’d really appreciate hearing how your healing process went and whether you experienced something similar.

Preservation Rhinoplasty: Did Your Hump/Bump Eventually Go Away?

I had a preservation rhinoplasty just a week ago. I know it’s way too early to see the final results, but a few days ago my surgeon removed my splint and my hump looked very pronounced. He put some tape on it, and after a few days my nose looked straight again.
Then, at my next appointment, he changed the tape, and I noticed the bump again. When my doctor pressed on my hump, he adjusted it, and my nose looked straight again. He told me that the bump will go away with the taping, but I can’t help overthinking it because I’ve seen a lot of people sharing their experiences about having a residual hump after preservation rhinoplasty.
Could anyone share their experience to help calm my nerves? How long did it take before you started seeing results that you were happy with, even if they weren’t the final results yet? Did the prominent bump eventually go away?
