(Long text ahead)[also potentially bad english up ahead]

Basically after gettin promoted to young brother of the middle.I was just wandering around the i corp backstreets in my free time(because i joined one of our big brother's vengeance hunts cuz some guy online said he was a ''stupid chud chopped as hell bum").And some kid saw me and was all like "wow youw so kewl! I wove the middle!" And "Can i pwetty pweeaaase join?" So i jokingly said "sure! If you can prove your strong and cool enough to be be worth your salt,then i'll notify a great brother!" And then i started to walk away,but while walking away. I heard some rat berate and insult the kid,now normally i'd just ignore it and move on with my day right? HOWEVER the kid i talked to said "wook ovew here!". So i looked at them and guess what i saw? I saw them uppercutting the rats nuts so hard the rat got brutally split up the middle!(pun intended) . And i was standing there in-shock! And then the kid asked "can i pwetty pweeeaase join now?" So now im seriously considering askin a great bro cuz the kid's got potential! So im asking,is there a minimum age requirement or nah?

(Tldr:met a kid while helpin a great bro get vengeance,kid asked to join,split a guy in half after said guy insulted kid.considering letting a great bro know)

* Basically,i was just wanderin around the r corp backstreets looking for someone that slandered US,when when i got struck with a bullet in the leg! So i looked at the direction the bullet came from to see what some idiot shot me! and its from some rat who prob looted his gun considerin he dont look like a rabbit,so i came up to him and apparently he was attempting to shoot some other guy and not me! Now im a lil confused as now i aint sure if i should enact vengeance on this rat considering it was an accident and he didnt wanna shoot me! I looked at the book of vengeance and im still unsure if i should

* so,question is:does the reason for vengeance have to just be the action itself,or does the intent of said action also weigh in?

* tldr:guy accidentally shot me in the r corp backstreets by accident,unsure if i should enact vengeance due to question above
