Rapide Cockpit Computer Mount

Rapide Cockpit Computer Mount

I couldn't find a manual anywhere so asking here. Is that the bolt (circled in red i.e. there are 3 bolts with two being of the same size and one being a bit longer) that is used to mount the computer mount to the Rapide cockpit? It has loctite on it so it doesn't screw in very nicely, so it's hard to tell if it's the right screw. I tried screwing it in some ways and after unscrewing it, there were distinct metal shaving on the threads and it wasn't going in very nicely.

Disk Rub The Result of Spoke Settings?

Is it just me or do disc brakes rub due to an improper setting of the spokes in the wheels? I installed some wheels today and the tyres were deflated. I undid the caliper bolts, pressed the brakes and screwed down the calipers. No rub. Inflated the tyres and got a rub. I haven't figured out how to solve this yet, but it seems like playing around with spokes might actually be the right strategy?

Symptoms of hydraulic cable not being inserted all the way into the levers?

I cut and inserted the hydraulic brake cables into the levers yesterday. (First bike build) I was so focussed on not cross threading the flare nut that I totally didn't pat attention to whether the cables were inserted all the way in. What are the symptoms of a hydraulic cable not being inserted all the way in?

Bitdefender Detected JS Trojan?

I visited a website for a restaurant yesterday and I got a Bitdefender pop up saying "Threat successfuly deleted". I was on a Mac and using Safari.

>An infected file attempted to run on your device.
Threat name: Generic.JS.Obfs.B.765B74F2
>>>Long path to file<<<
We deleted the file to prevent malicious commands from being executed on your device.

I couldn't find any mention of this in Google other than this being a Trojan. Trying to learn more about this to see if I should be doing something about it.

Top of Steerer Tube 3mm (Specialized SL7)

So I cut my steerer tube and I ended up being 4mm below the stem rather than the 3mm that is stated in the manual. Is this close enough? I was cutting at around 2.5mm and just the thickness of the cut put me at 4mm. Or should I get rid of a spacer and try again?
