I was willing to tolerate ads, I was willing to tolerate limited access on weekends, I was willing to tolerate the banner ad on the top of the screen. But silently removing older messages in an actively-used chat is just a step too far for me. Has anyone else noticed that when a chat is going for too long, older messages get removed and the only thing left are the beginning message and your message from the middle of the conversation?
