62 on HRT 6 mos & Thyroid rx 4 yrs & DR is tweaking my doses again.
How do you work through the' being not your self" & stay positive in negative situations or thoughts?
I'm new to this, need to see people, not Telehealth.My friends are out of state and denial, family all out of state or deceased, no kids, puppy that needs and deserves my time & husband of 30+ yrs can't understand why I'm not happy 'all of the sudden ': /
In many online support groups, I'm assign counselors that are in their 20's!!
Is anyone out there w/ a line on in person group ,real women going through this in PHX or surrounding?

Our 18 month old doesn't pee & poo at the same interval.Shes good most of the time , lately she'll do one action, we wait, walk,wait,etc till she just sits down or goes back to the door to go inside.Is this normal and is there an opportunity to train her to do both in the same visit outside to potty?
Any advice, experience is welcome.
Looking for advice or guidance. Our 18 month old girl, spayed, doesn't pee and poo at the same potty intervals during the day.
My other dogs always did both actions at the same ( they were neutered males).Is this just the way, or is this an opportunity to train her ?
