I took your feedback on board. Here’s RETRADE v2.

A few weeks ago I posted RETRADE here and got… mixed feedback 😅
Some of you liked the idea, others said the UI looked a bit too “AI generated” and lacked personality. Fair enough.
I’ve spent the last few days reworking it:
Cleaner layout
Better spacing and hierarchy
Easier to scan at a glance
Smoother interactions throughout
Still a long way to go, but it already feels much nicer to use day to day.
The next big step is integrating APIs (starting with eBay) so sales, inventory and payouts sync automatically instead of being entered manually. After that I want to look at listing tools and other automations to remove as much admin as possible.
Here’s a quick demo of where it’s at now. I’d genuinely appreciate any feedback—good or bad. I’d rather hear it now than after I’ve spent months building the wrong thing.

Built a tool for tracking inventory and profit. Looking for feedback.

I sell across eBay, Vinted, Facebook Marketplace and Depop, and one thing that always annoyed me was having my numbers scattered everywhere.

eBay gives you some data. Vinted gives you different data. Facebook barely gives you anything. Then expenses, sourcing costs and inventory tracking all end up in separate spreadsheets.

I couldn’t find a tool that pulled everything together, so I ended up building my own dashboard.

It tracks things like:

• Inventory value and health
• Realised and unrealised profit
• Sell-through rate
• Average days to sell
• Sourcing trip profitability
• Expenses and tax-year reporting
• Performance across multiple marketplaces

Before I spend more time developing it, I’m curious how everyone else tracks their business?

Spreadsheet, software, or something else?

Built a tool for tracking inventory and profit. Looking for feedback.

I’ve been reselling on eBay for a few years and got fed up with trying to work out what was actually making me money.
eBay gives you sales data, but I always felt like it was missing the stuff I actually cared about:
Sell-through rate
Average days to sell
Inventory health
Realised vs unrealised profit
Sourcing trip profitability
Tax year tracking
Inventory ageing
So I ended up building my own dashboard for it.
Before I spend any more time adding features, I’m curious what everyone else uses to track their business?
Spreadsheet? Software? Just winging it?
