The Crash - would it have been better for Mackenzie if she had actually been under the influence?

Asking from a legal standpoint. They said a couple times that the fact that Mackenzie wasn’t drunk driving was damning for her case and basically proved it was intentional, not accidental, and she ended up being charged with murder. If she had actually been drunk or under the influence of a psychedelic drug would she have received a more lenient sentence? ie manslaughter rather than murder

Hate this so much

This image of Hef sitting smugly at the head of the table surrounded by these dumb men who all seem to be in agreement that “yes, hugh Hefner, you are the most important and fascinating man in the world and of course Hollywood is making a movie about you”. What does that even mean lol, who/what is “Hollywood”?

Of course no such movie was ever made, and public perception of Hugh Hefner has shifted dramatically.

Still, seeing this just pissed me off 😒
