Have been trying to pull it off for 5 minutes but can't do it. Doesn't seem to be chainable from anything. How do I do it?

Yes, the jack port is non-negotiable. I'm gonna put graphene OS on it so brand doesn't matter, I'd just like any suggestions/reccomendations from personal experience. I'm thinking about getting a used phone over a new one since I'll wipe everything and put a new OS on it anyways. Any thoughts?
I know such a cheap mic will have a terrible sound quality, I only want it to be better than my notebook's built in microphone. I don't want anything from TEMU or aliexpress, so I thought I'd ask here whether there is a cheap mic from a well known/recognised brand.
