Manager shenanigans
I’m not gonna lie if I hear my store manager talk about the importance of showing interest in the company I’m going to crash out lol. I’m an associate who also has college 5 days a week and I’m working part time on the weekends just as a side hustle. Every little mistake this damn guy points out, I have a thousand customers in a rush and I finally get some space to chill and he walks up to me saying maybe u should sign ur receipts instead of sitting there doing nothing. Like man give me a breather, acting like I don’t just sign the receipts in the back room after my til is taken down 😭. Then always talks about how many people he has to fire because they don’t show interest in the company. He said it like he was proud to me, he said 90% of the employees were fired when he got hold of the store, like good job? Personally hope he fires me lol but getting money is nice, can’t let him know I’m there for a paycheck and good employees 😅
