Hi there.

I'm a late 30s male looking for someone to play with consistently. Generally float around diamond 2 div 2 in 2s and same in 3v3. I do play hoops too but rank is variable in that. I'm not interested in playing with young kids, so 30+ please.

I do not care about what mechanics you can or can't do, just play good defense and rotate well. If collecting 300 boost is more important to you than knowing pad paths, we will not be a good match.

Not interested in playing with stoners or binge drinkers.

Here is my Rocket League Profile

I am based in the Mountain Standard Time (MST) time zone. I generally play in the evenings, anywhere from 4pm to 10pm. I sometimes do have the option to squeeze in a couple games during the day as I work from home.

At the end of the day, Rocket League is just a game, and a fun one. But the ideal goal is to ideally get to C1. Losses happen, and mistakes happen: I make plenty of them. Having fun, and being transparent as a teammate is important to me. Constructive feedback is something I expect from you, and vice versa.

I need some insight on controller to use for Xbox Series S. Currently I'm sporting the Elite Series 2 (not my first one, unfortunately) and the stick drift is becoming unbearable once again. I could use Dust Off or rubbing alcohol to provide some temporary relief, but that is not a long term solution.

As for the regular Xbox controllers (which I haven't used in years now, the 55-65$ ones), the stick drift on those is even worse.

So, looking for recommendations! I don't mind shelling out $150-200, but I just want it to last. I've easily spent $1k on controller after controller. It's exhausting.
