Beach destination in northeastern Italy/Istria

Hello everyone! My family will be going in mid-July to Kosovo (our family is from there, we’ll be visiting them), and we thought that, on our way back (by car, we live in Basel, Switzerland), we’d stop somewhere on the sea for 5 days to a week. we are 5, 2 parents and 3 children (16,15,10), and here are our criterias:

-in general we want a pretty city that is preferably lively and walkable and has a beach directlu inside of the city boundaries

-Not something too expensive

-Nice beaches with clear water (Sandy is better, pebbly is fine too)

-Good food options

-Things to do such as hikes, boat trips, old towns, promenades, etc

-Not something that strays too far from our way back to France.

Here is what I’m considering right now:

Grado, in Italy, seems really nice for the town and it looks lively. I’m not too sure about the prices and the clarity of the water

Muggia, in Italy too, Looks really pretty with very clear water but It doesnt seem very lively (Fair since it is only a small town)

Koper/Piran: Either works, probably crowded, old town is quite large, walkable, lively and pretty, the beaches arent directly in the city but it’s not that much of a big deal

Izola: old town, quiet, walkable, really pretty, i guess not as lively but it’s a village and nice beaches

Thanks in advance for anyone who will be kind enough to answer!

Help with very dry (?) scalp!

Hello everyone. I’ve figured I might post this here bec use scalp is skin right? Anyways, since about two years, I’ve started having excessively dry scalp. It’s itchy, red and has a lot of dandruff. I’ve tried just about everything: Chamomile tea, apple cider vinegar, oats, coconut oil, aleppo soap, and so far the only thing that has worked is an expensive "vichy dercos" medical shampoo. The thing is, that in my country it’s 15€/200mL and shipping costs too. I thought that maybe it could be my hard water but I live in an area where water is soft. What do you think?
