From 277 to 199 on Reta.
I feel like this shows the loss the best. It’s been a long time coming. Took just under 5 months.

I’ve said it before and happily say it again Reta is the best thing I’ve ever done officially in the 100s again after 7 years of stress and bad habits.

So I knew this week I would be finishing my Reta 30 vial and had a Reta 60 vial ready for the next dose. So I got to the end of the Reta 30 and only got 50 units instead of 60 so I went into my Reta 60 without thinking and pulled 10 more units when my full dose from Reta 60 should have been 30 units so half. So I took 5 extra units of Reta 60 over my 6mg dose on accident all because I wasn’t thinking. It’s going to be a long week. Just goes to show you can be handling glps for months and still mess up the math if you aren’t careful.
Edit: Both vials had 3ml of water so I accidentally took 1 mg extra.
So I’m on week 14 of my shot and a few weeks ago around week 11 I had my favorite a Coke Zero with my meal on one of my more hungry days and it caused gas to be trapped in my stomach for 4-5 days so bad I haven’t picked up something carbonated since. I’m also moving out of my college and just dumped the rest out. It’s crazy how Reta can change what you eat I used to have a Coke Zero a day before starting Reta now I’m just sticking to teas and juices cause I’m not willing to risk it again.
I can practically see the 100s around the corner I’ve never felt so good.
The way my body decides which foods are good and will actually get digested vs those that will make me nauseous and sick are truly baffling. It’s so weird the two things that I can’t keep down are chocolate and vegetables/fruits. And the food that tends to stay down the most are carbs. Meats are a hit or miss sometimes they digest ok other days they make me sick. Also I can no longer drink carbonated drinks cause I got the worst pain in my life from gas being stuck in my stomach a for like 4-5 days a few weeks ago. This is just my experience and I’m getting better at managing it’s just crazy. The results are worth it though.
