How do you actually get treatment?

I had Lyme a Lyme rash September last year. Also the year before that. Both times I had an extreme reaction to antibiotics. Awful neurological symptoms. Since then they seem to be getting worse. The doctors seem to think I’m cured and there is no further treatment. What am I supposed to do? Life is very difficult, I lost my job because I can’t focus. My wife does not believe me. Quality of life is at 0
