Been wanting a bike for years and just picked this up. Can’t wait to get going on it!

I am in the market to buy a motorcycle, never owned one. These old Honda CBs appeal to me, and I’ve read so much about how they are easy to work on and treat you right if you take care of them. I don’t have a large budget, I don’t want something too powerful, and I like the vintage vibe.
What else should I be thinking about as I consider something like this 1974 CB360? What questions should I ask the seller? What should I prepare myself for if I were to buy it? What should I offer?

Description from listing:
I have rebuilt just about everything on the bike from the engine/tranny down to the switchgear and wiring.
The right side cover still needs replacing. Many extra parts including a fine head that I ended up not needing.
