Excited to hear everyone’s thoughts after the listening sessions
That’s all. Many of us will get to hear the record this Thursday at the listening sessions! So looking forward to hearing initial thoughts from those who attend.

Was scrolling through IG and saw this post pop up on my feed. The boys did a KEXP session last week! So stoked for this to come out, KEXP sessions are THE BEST.
Saw this on instagram just now. Cool/exciting!!
Just curious about this. When they perform songs live, does Sam get some kind of percentage pay out from ticket sales? Not sure how it works, clearly. Don’t mean to offend anyone with this question, my curiosity I guess stems more from how the music industry operates when it comes to this.
Instagram reel posted on Panda’s page. Anyone know this last tune he sings?
This band called Yeah Baby out of NYC just out a record out called Don’t Forget. One of the guys in the band, Skyler Skjelset, is a founding member of Fleet Foxes. Additionally, Matt Barrick from The Walkman played on some of the tunes/worked on the recording of this album.
Anyway, this particular track has a primary guitar riff that reminds me SO MUCH of The Cure, specifically something they would have written around ‘87 to ‘92. It’s a magical song and the record is so damn good. Give it a listen!
Tornado watch for tomorrow so my 6 year old won’t let me go. Gutted. Anybody interested in purchasing my ticket?
Footage from the band recording the new record in the studio!
Interview with DK airing tomorrow on this Mexican radio station. Any ideas on how to listen to this in the US?
Alright so we’re like an hour and a half away from the thing. I have this sneaking suspicion that we’ll be seeing Sam. No clue if we’re getting a performance or press conference of whatever, but I think Sam will be joining, and I’m excited to see him. Fucking miss the dude.
Noticing a lot of bands I like lately are putting music out on cassettes. I’ve purchased a few so far but don’t have a tape deck! Was looking for one but the nice ones that you can hook up to a receiver are so pricey.
Does anyone have any leads on a unit that might work for me and is somewhat on the more budget side?
ARCOS studio posted this pic today of our boy Brad with @interpol tagged in the photo. Leads me to ask….is this confirmation that Brad and Brandon played on the forthcoming record?!?
So I’m out here DYING for the new record. That said, I listened to one of the See Out Loud live recordings once when it was first debuted. And Wings of Fire I haven’t listened to at all.
Is anyone else out there holding off? I have this weird desire to really listen closely to the new tunes when they are officially available so I can take in the production choices and listen as intended.
I have a tendency also to not listen to singles from bands I love too much before the record comes out. If I listen too much before, I tend to skip through the single(s) the first few times when listening to the full album.
Am I alone on an island or are there others out there like me?!
