COMM-100 intro to communication

On a scale of easy to hard, how is this class?

Need this as a prerequisite for a program at a different school. I’m taking A&P II and Medical term as well, so just wondering if COMM has a lot of homework or projects.

PIMA SEATTLE

Anyone on here at PIMA in Seattle? I completed the Wonderlic online and got a good score.

I am scheduled to tour the school next week.

Will I need to retake the Wonderlic or Math in person?

FAFSA help

This is my first time ever receiving FAFSA. I got an email that I could create an account through the school link that’s provided. I went to put my bank information in, and suddenly the screen froze, so I refreshed it, and it said I couldn’t continue the process. After this happened, I received this email. Has this happened to anyone? Am I cooked and will I have to wait for a physical check now🤦🏽‍♂️

Summer work study funds?

I received this email as part of financial aid. I don’t recall registering for the work-study program.

I am new to PCC so I’m just curious if all the students receive this or if one has to enroll?

A&P 231 - Tutor needed

Since the tutor center won’t be opened this term, and I don’t want to do the whole online thing, I was wondering if there are any students that offer tutoring sessions. I really want an A in this class! I received the syllabus today, and I am going to need as much help as possible😅

Bio 112- Final grade

Hey everyone. I received my grade on the final exam and I did not do so well. This caused my final grade to drop to a 68%. I’m trying to find info online to see if this is considered “passing” because I am registered to take A&P 231 this summer. Will I receive an email from my advisor, or will I automatically be dropped? Not sure what the next step would be.

Sylvania Fall- A&P 2 professor

Hey everyone. Registration for Fall is coming up and I am having some trouble deciding what professor I should select. I have to attend Sylvania Campus because it’s the closest and transportation is tough atm.

The professors are Santiago F Perez or Edward A DeGrauw. I have looked on RMP, but both have such mixed reviews that I just don’t know what class to pick.

Has anyone had either professor, how was your experience?

New claim specialist

My original claim specialist emailed me last week informing me that a new claim specialist will be taking over my case.

I emailed her twice last week and again this week for some information. I have not received a response. Is this normal? Has this happened to anyone?

My case has been opened since December of last year.

Is it normal for a case to be passed on to other adjusters?

Summer A&P 231

Summer term will be my second term attending PCC. For those that have taken A&P, which class schedule would you recommend?

I see some professors offer different class options.

Lecture twice a week and lab twice a week.

Lecture twice a week and lab once a week.

Lecture once a week and lab once a week.

Online/ in person lecture and lab twice a week.

Would the workload be the same for all class types?

Can I settle?

Am I allowed to discuss whether settlement is an option with the insurance claim specialist or do I need to wait until they reach out to me about settlement options?

For reference, I was injured in December 2025. I messed up my L4/L5 disk and have been in PT. I had my first independent medical exam in April and the doctor supported my claim. I was referred to neurosurgeon for steroid injection and was completed 2 weeks ago. I have additional follow up appointments in the next few weeks. I am still recovering and somewhat in pain. Currently still employed, but on light duty restrictions.

I am in school and next term I will be full time and won’t have time to work, so I guess that’s the main reason why I’m struggling on what to do next.
